I had a fantastic experience at Officeworks in North Ryde early this morning the lovely lady who helped me was named Anna she was running the whole printing section on her own and she was amazing as well as super helpful she really went above and beyond to assist me. I Highly recommend this store when you get service like this it just sets you up for a good week Thank you Anna I really appreciate your help this morning

I had a very unpleasant shopping experience at Officeworks North Ryde shop today. I've been there several times and this was the first time that I have been treated so badly. This lady, called Marcella, was very arrogant and rude to me. I had to ask for her help to print A5 for my son's school work. She asked me which type of A5 paper which was out of my knowledge area.
