I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel I must share it. Ian should not be working in customer service. Every customer will feel uncomfortable dealing with him. very bad photo skill
My go to store when I need supplies, staff are courteous and helpful. One went out on his way to help to locate travel adapters that I was looking for. Another patiently provide me information before I purchased a power bank. That is why keep coming back to this store.
