They need more staff
Very disappointing experience at Officeworks Macquarie Park Visited today around 2 p.m. to get a passport photo for my 8-month-old baby, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member who assisted us seemed to be completely untrained and unprofessional. Before attempting to take the photo, he said he was not trained to photograph babies and could not guarantee the result. If that’s the case, why offer this service without properly trained staff or clear communication to customers?
