Had a terrible experience today. Had ordered a New Haven Electric Height Adjustable Desk. When it was delivered, it was missing some essential hardware to build the desk. Specifically, a few M6x16mm screws, 4x4 Hex Key and Cable clips. Went into the store for help, the guy at the register told me to just wait in the area where the desks are. Click and collect very very slow
Placed an order online for this store to print flyers. They took money out of my account, gave me an order number and now claim they never got the order, have none of my details and told me to call my bank to dispute the transaction.. The most uselss and disgusting excuse for a company i have ever dealt with. Their customer service team must be from Temu because they have absolutely no clue what they are doing or how to speak basic english. Fair trading will love this one i'm sure.
