Great Customer service and knowledgeable about their products.
Vaugh needs to get a backbone and run down the stairs if he's senior staff needs help on a busy Saturday at the photo and print section and he should train his staff not to abuse staff who ask for service. You bet I won't allow you to waste my hard earn money. The rest of the staff are great except Vaugh and the staff member there on Thursday 10/07/25 @ 12:30
Horrible service. The manager Vaughn needs to be sent on a customer service course. He and his fellow rude team member at the print and copy counter on Thursday 10/07/2025 at 12:30 should both be trained to do their job because that woman can't take photo's nor print them. She is extremely rude and aggressive and she should be monitored especially around fellow team members. All the other staff are great.
