One of the most waste of my time kind of morning type of complaint. Used the portable print me and didn’t get a receipt when press on the screen to obtain one. Waiting in line with the wrost waiting time to be served by a girl then as soon I’m trying to explain my printing needs in 15 secs in I got interrupted by a male staff serving another customer who got stuck with an issue. Worst officeworks ever… Staff has no idea what they are doing and never provide full information to customer beforehand. Absolute time-wasters….
Print shop is a joke. I went at a quiet time and asked if I could please print 2 x A4 colour pages. He tried to direct me to the self serve printer but I told him I just need them on thicker 300gsm paper. I was told I needed a work order and allow up to 48 hours. In the time it took for him to explain that he could have done the job. Ridiculous. There was no one behind me in line either.
