Helen is unbelievably rude. I have been there multiple times and my friends and I are happy when we don't receive her to check out our stuff. She is extremely rude, lazy and just nasty.

Zak was knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and kind. They advised professionally, located stock out back, and even helped carry a heavy object outside. Zack is a legend, please give them a raise!
