What a crap printing experience! 48hrs to print 6x a5 pages in colour!! Officeworks this is NOT customer service. To top this off your available printers don’t offer much functionality other than print a4. What a joke
Store clean, tidy, great helpers.
Went to print something off the self serve machine and the file was too big. That's fine. We go to the counter and they say it takes 48 hours for them to print? Ridiculous. They said if we wanna split the file in half we could use the self serve machine, but they wouldn't split the file on their computer for us. Meanwhile the two staff members are literally doing nothing right now, gossiping with each other.
Hamish had amazing customer service. Helping me find the best gaming chair for my needs. He was so friendly and I would definitely come back. Now I can reply to my discord kittens in peace. Konichiwa.
