Convenient location and helpful staff.
Purchased a PC from Officeworks at Newcastle West and have now found that the warranty has expired prematurely. HP advised that the warranty start date should have been updated by the retailer at the time of sale. After spending a considerable amount of time with HP trying to get the problem rectified, they advised that I would need an electronic copy of the invoice from Officeworks. When I asked for this by email, I received a response that totally ignored the request.
