Terrible service and so poor with customer service Purchased a laptop, was broken down while still was under warranty Took it back to shop, it took almost 2 months then was ready After pick up was not fixed properly had issues with other things and the customer service was terrible Manager was rude with no technology information and not helpful or supportive at all I’ll not step in that shop anymore in my life Terrible terrible terrible customer service

I brought in a faulty monitor I purchased last year but I couldn’t find a receipt. I had low expectations and was expecting to get the runaround back to the manufacturer or the “it’s not covered under warranty” story. Cody and the female manager were friendly and so easy to deal with. They were able to verify my purchase on the system and replace the monitor on the spot! So glad I purchased from Officeworks just to save any future hassle.
