I just had a heap of printing and binding done at the Nerang store. They were so quick and they even called me to double check when I left the backing off one of my documents. Awesome customer service really appreciated it
The encounter at the counter was awkward — felt like I was being done a favour just by being served. Staff didn’t know where the item was (it was a display box, security-controlled), then told me they didn’t have it and suggested I either wait or try another store. I asked if the last one at another location could be held — “No.” I asked if she could call them — another “No.” I had to find the number and sort it myself in one of the most uninterested exchanges I’ve had in a while. Came here tonight, in the door by 10 mins to 9 to print one thing and buy a couple pens. Greeted by rude staff that held me up at least 3 minutes of that time and said machines were shut down and to leave (during business hours) i had to waste my time asking to speak to the manager who reluctantly let me use the machine during advertised opening hours.... Which seemed like it was on and working just fine... Would have taken 60 seconds except I didn't realise i had to compress the file to email to 'print me' and by the time i... read more
