Always great to visit
Waiting for my parcel which the courier says they have delivered. All they had to do was deliver to reception. Kept waiting on the phone for half and hour to customer service until finally I had to hang up. Shocking service, and I am a business customer too. Despite me doing everything I can to locate my missing parcel, NOTHING is coming from you or your staff to assist me. Not. Happy. Jan!
I recently visited Officeworks Morley to have passport photos taken for a passport renewal. Unfortunately, when I attempted to lodge my application at the Morley Post Office, the photos were rejected for not meeting the required legal standards. They were deemed too glossy and incorrectly sized/framed.
