Dreadful, Trying to buy a printer asked the girls on register said they would get someone to help 1/2 hr later still waiting, never again will I go to office works ended up getting my new printer from JB hifi better service
Don't bother going to this office works no staff no help, asked for help at registry said they would send someone, nobody showed up waited 1/2 hr I will go to JB hifi for my new printer OFFICE WORKS ID USELESS
I honestly don’t understand why it’s so difficult to get passport photos done here when Officeworks advertises that they offer the service. On two separate occasions, my husband and I went in specifically for passport photos. The first time we were told, “We don’t do them on Sundays,” and the second time we were told the machine was out of order. What a joke. After wasting our time twice, we definitely won’t be returning. Save yourself the frustration and go to the Post Office instead.
A convenient Officeworks for the Southern Highlands, especially as it’s the only store in the area. The product range is adequate, but not as extensive as larger stores. Customer service could be improved, but it’s a handy place for everyday office and stationery needs.
what's the use of having a contact phone number if you can't talk to a staff member? It is a 30 km round trip for me, and I don't have time to waste browsing websites for what I may be looking for. Is customer service a thing of the past now? looks like it is .
