4 staff members on, one serving with a huge line and the other 3 doing nothing. Need much better management. Customer also held up line for almost 20 mins. Surely serve others first then continue to help

Management - do something! You often have multiple people waiting in line to print, and staff wondering around or behind the desk (but not on the print side) doing nothing. Instead of ignoring customers in the print line, please come and serve them. Certainly don’t ignore them, that’s absolutely the worst.
Efficient and good staff and service
Absolutely poor customer service. Came in to get passport photos, and the young girl who greeted us seemed reluctant to start. She said she’d have to check if the person who takes the photos is going on a break soon. We watched her go this woman, and the woman who was to take the photos rolled her eyes, and huffed. She was with someone on the computers, so I understand she was helping someone. But the attitude was poor from both staff.
