easy parking it has 2 car charging stations.
Purchased two printer cartridges, and my Visa card was charged twice for the same amount. You can't phone the store, when you phone the Head Office number you get transferred to a Filipino call centre, I called twice, both times they lied that the store was on holiday then they were closed for maintenance. Finally called their Parent Company H/O. One week later still no refund on the overcharge. C'mon Officeworks, have staff answer the phone, by not answering your message is 'we don't care'. Finally, where is my refund?
IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT BY PHONE. EVEN WHEN YOU RING THE 1300 NUMBER YOU GO AROUND IN CIRCLES! DOES ANY BUSINESS USE HUMANS TO ANSWER PHONES ANY MORE?? FRUSTRATED
Dreadful, Trying to buy a printer asked the girls on register said they would get someone to help 1/2 hr later still waiting, never again will I go to office works ended up getting my new printer from JB hifi better service
