It's so close to my place
Extremely disappointing experience with both the product and customer service. I purchased a laptop from this Officeworks on 17 January 2025. Since then, the laptop has been sent for repairs four times due to the screen continuously blacking out. Each repair took around 30 days, and even after the fourth repair, the issue still wasn’t fixed.
