Just the air conditioning hardly being effective in making the room stayable. Staff was nice though

The worst business I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve gone there three times to get a few pages bound, and all three times I was told completely different lies. Once they said the machine was broken. Another time they said they didn’t have time. Another time they said it was too late in the day. They come up with the most ridiculous excuses. If you don’t actually do binding, then just say so — say that you don’t provide binding services. That way you’d save yourselves trouble and stop wasting people’s time.
