Went with a friend & hot everything on her list plus a few extras. The staff member we spoke to was really helpful.
Officeworks should really provide cultural awareness seminars for their employees. I was supposed to be next in line, but the employee called the person behind me instead. After assisting that customer, she walked away to chat with her colleagues. I was in shock—I'm pretty sure, as a person of color, she should've seen me. Anyway, her name is TAM. TAM, it doesn't cost anything to be kind, you know.
Went to office works Mildura today and was served by a really rude lady. I didn’t catch her name. Everytime I have been there in the presence of said lady I have been appalled by the way she speaks to customers and staff. It made me feel sick and I think it’s very unsatisfactory
