Really great customer service from Kyle this afternoon, who helped process an exchange for my faulty Kindle. He was polite and efficient, even though I came at peak time close to closing.
Great craft supplies. Always have what I require
The two young women at the counter on Saturday afternoon had no idea about where the products were, the first one couldn't be bothered to even think about it, the second one told me the wrong place. Fortunately Google knew where the product was! Why have staff in shops if they can't/won't help?
