Trying to find a staff member in this place is ridiculous. You have to go hunting and you'll usually find them chatting to each other. Instead of actually taking you to the product you're looking for, they'll say oh I think its over in aisle... this has happened multiple times now. Never enough staff on checkouts either. Midland need to do better in their customer service and hire more staff. They could learn from other officeworks stores
Some staff members are not providing satisfactory customer service.!
