I visited Officeworks today and needed help taking, cropping and printing photos for my newborn babies passport. Caitlin (hope I spelt this right) was extremely supportive, understood the requirements with high attention to detail and provided exceptional customer service. I genuinely walked out with a weight off my shoulders. Highly recommend this officeworks and Caitlin for any printing needs!
Terrible staff service in labtop/mobile area even when staff idle. Happens too often to not be a legitimate problem Last straw for me was recently had to complain about a witnessed rude incident .
I love coming to the Officeworks Mentone because the customer service is always exceptional, and the team welcomes you with genuine kindness and warmth. A special thank you to Indi in the Print & Copy department, who truly saved my day. She was incredibly patient, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond to help me. This has now become my go-to store.
