I'm going to Officeworks again tonight. I always go early in the day or late at night that way there's no problems with parking and you can get in and out in a hurry. Staff arwvery helpful.
I purchased a Pixel phone from this store, and within just two months it stopped working-the screen went completely black and the device would not turn on. When I first reported the issue, the manager assured me that the phone would be replaced. However, when I returned to the store to request the replacement, explaining that the fault was not due to misuse (as the phone stopped working while I was simply using Google Maps), I was treated very unprofessionally.
