I generally love Officeworks so it pains me to write this review. However, prospective customers should be aware of the persistent quality and customer service issues that seem to plague the Mentone (supposedly flagship) store. I have attended the store on many occasions - maybe 40-50 times over the last few years - and I could count on one hand the number of times I have received even average customer service.
