Oh my, they really need more staff on the print & copy area!!! The waits are ridiculous! And the cues are not clearly signed.
Apparently, this store is located in New Zealand. When I placed an order, they started by chopping down the trees, manufacturing the paper, printing, and then shipping it long long long way to Sippy Downs. For such a grand half month journey, they only charged me $8 for delivery. Honestly, what a bargain for such ‘dedicated’ craftsmanship
I recently had some great service from Arya at the Maroochydore photo printing service. She was very very helpful to myself and another couple of customers. Hang onto this young lady.
I had one of the best retail experiences of my near 60 year life today. Was trying to solve a wifi problem. To cut to the chase , I was saved a lot of time and frustration by a sales assistant who not only had a deep knowledge of the products but also the communication skills to explain the simplest solution. Thanks again James
