Tried to take an expensive keyboard back as one of the keys had broken off from usage in just over a year. I discussed with the Store Manager who refused the replacement and to give me his full name so I could report it. Told me misinformation about my consumer rights to get a refund and gave me an incorrect email to take it further. I then tried support on the website and was ignored.
Terrible service at ‘Print + Collect’… Need more staff in this section. Only ever either one or two staff… Always a HUGE lineup, staff in here even stand around having a conversation whilst we’re waiting, about their person life and what they’re going to eat for lunch… Seriously…
