It is notmal by Officeworks standards. Usual layout and most of the stock can be found here. Click and collect is good with prompt attention and fast delivery. Print service is above other locations with same-day delivery of business cards, flyers, large prints. All is hood, however, sometimes a lot of customers are present and it feels that the place is understaffed, leading to long queues at the print station of checkouts. Apart from that, good store.
I try to avoid this store like the plague but as it’s my local I often come here to collect items for work. Expect a line of 10+ people, waiting for more than 30 minutes to collect something, let alone make it to the front of the queue. They are staffed horribly and the customer service is always average.
Had an amazing experience here. Izzy served us and she was super helpful and answered all of my questions well.
Some of the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve ever came across in a retail store, made returning my faulty item quick and easy, they are heaps chill and laid back and didn’t make me feel anxious 🙏🏻
