Customer service experience non existent. “We cant” “we don't” “we will not” yet at Coburrg “we can”. Why are the two stores do different in attitude? I go to Maribrynong because I live close to but at this stage I have to give up and accept there is no point in even trying to get in out of there quickly and with the task completed.
Worst office works I have been to. I paid to print a photo and was told it will take one hour. Returned, waited in line for an hour to be told it hasn’t been started. Returned the next day in the afternoon told to return due to not starting it. Returned again and told it hadn’t been started. Worst customer service.
Staff is very bad there not supportive however I never visit this store anymore.
I tried writing a review on OW website but (no surprise) it was rejected .... check out the email they sent in the images attached (a) my review and (b) their response saying how I was in breach of their review guidelines. I used to buy all our personal and business supplies and equipment (TV/phone/printer/ink/stationery etc) from Officeworks ... There are a few online retaiilers I am buying from now.
