Very poor customer service. I went to collect my fully paid iPhones and the manager (Steve) was rude, made unnecessary comments, and even took a picture of my ID after I had already shown it. I mean why the hell you care if someone is buying it online and paying in full ? Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. Visited many stores (Officeworks) but this is worst.

Printing photos at Officeworks has ALWAYS been an absolute pain. Went in asking for a specific size photo print, one of the staff, a young lad, was confused as to the measurements I gave him, he tried to convert CM to Inches but he put in the wrong measurements on the screen. A simple 28x35cm or 11x14. I was too polite to correct him. He insisted they didn't make this size and directed me to the kiosk where he said the highest size of photo prints they made was 8x6, if he turned around, he would have seen they sell frame siz... read more
They offer passport photo printing and I went to auspost to hand in my application and they said the finish on the photo wasn’t right and it has to be “glossy” so be cautious when getting passport photos done here.
