Went in first thing this morning to the Mackay store and printed a 25 page document from the self service printer. I then took it over to the counter (where a girl was literally doing nothing but chatting to another team member) and I asked if I could please get the document bound. It was literally a 5 minute job (as I’ve had it done before) however she tells me it’s a 24 hour turn around to do it?
