I have had one of the best customer experiences this morning at Officeworks Mackay. I was welcomed with a beautiful smile on entering the store, and was promptly asked if I needed any assistance by a lovely young lady by the name of Bree. Bree was professional and provided excellent customer service to me. I was incredibly impressed. I was then serviced at the registers by the friendliest young lady by the name of Sarah. Busy place difficult to find parking staff very helpful reasonably priced pricey on some items
Went to officeworks Mackay with a friend to get school supplies for her grand children today. How amazing are the staff in there. They were really busy with loads of parents with lists trying to find supplies but nothing was too much trouble. Every single staff member we asked a question of were more than happy to assist.
