Sent to wrong isles by 2 different staff only to learn at front counter this store doesn't carry alot of stock most stores do. Go to beenleigh.
I had a fantastic customer service offered by Mel, Warwick and Shannon this morning. Mel greeted me with a big smile, guided me to aisle of coasters, and on my return, Warwick served me, Shannon came forward to ask if I found everything I was after! What a pleasure to see someone who genuinely want to help customers. Hence I've take extra step to ensure I mention their names here. FANTASTIC job guys! Will always return to your store!!
Well stocked, if they don't have it in-store they'll get it in quickly. Staff are doing their best.
