I came in to print out photos and left with my phone somewhat unusable. I came back, unsure of what to do, Mia at the counter immediately started to try and figure out what to do with it and Koby came over to give a good insight to fix it. Within a few minutes I had full functioning phone. I was nervous about it potentially not working ever again, but these girls were caring and considerate. You guys are amazing, keep up the great work

Employee named Dakota was very rude and not nice at all. As much as i understand it was closing time around 8:30 pm however that doesn’t mean you can treat customers with annoyance. She wouldn’t acknowledge if i say something and tried to postpone our print works for next day…we were nothing but nice to her and she kept going here and there while we were talking to her…. Made me feel like a stupid kid following someone for a candy. We’ve been there before but this employee needs a bit of extra help in learning customer servi... read more
