Worst customer service ive ever encountered. Two workers were having a conversation. I was standing behind one of them waiting for them to finish. The one facing me could see me waiting but didn’t stop to ask if I needed help. I waited till there was a pause in the conversation to say excuse me. They both turn to look at me then went back to talking
We were served by David and Kerry (The manager) as we had a problem with our laptop and they helped us quickly and promptly to sort the problem out. Highly recommend them and thank you very much.
Don't bother getting written things printed here unless you want your font to be Time New Roman by force. I used two very specific fonts for my item and lo and behold, got Time New Roman instead. Print documents as you are given, Officeworks.
