The two woman at the counter are useless and prefer having a conversation between each other than helping out a customer. Shoutout to the one dude that actually helped though
Very rude and unfriendly services. It was Pooja who was very bossy. Waited 30 minutes. Then found she did mistakes on prints. Reprinted. She wanted to keep the printed papers where my persinal things there. I wanted those with me. She refused and was arrogant. I asked for manager. The manager wanted me to pay for it and started arguing. How can we expect a good behavior from employees under such manager? I won't never go to this place. AVOID.
The staff is amazingly friendly, especially David who had constantly helped me to find the product I wanted.
I had such a great experience at Officeworks thanks to Peter, who went above and beyond to help me design my home office. He really took the time to understand what I needed, from the type of desk and chair that would suit my space to the storage and tech setup that would keep everything organised. His advice was practical, creative, and tailored to my budget, and he made the whole process stress-free.
