Slow service in printing. Waited 5+ min in line without any acknowledgement from the staff. Then they go and serve others who came later first without confirming who was next in line. Lack of training and lack of staff
Please train the customer service in how to professionally handle customer issues and complaints. Had an issue with scanning my documents at one of the self-service stations. The documents are checklists for my course and had to be scanned separately to submit in my online course. No staff in the area to offer assistance, so I was forced to ask for assistance at the register.
