The lack of customer service makes chasing missing orders an absolute punishment. So great your system tells me my order is coming on Wednesday 7 October, well except it’s now Saturday 10 October. Where’s it going via, Guam? Oh and calling your nonsense overseas call centre is even worse… Next day delivery finally turned up one week later.
Absolutely outstanding, top tier customer service from Niraj and team. They went out of their way to help me with not one, but two problems. Go support these guys. And, special mention to Jun!
