There are troubles, with the technology, but the staff are very helpful, as with much of the rest of life, it's a struggle with the technology. The staff don't play, the judgement game, blame you for having trouble with the technology. Instead they work with you, through your problems, it can take a while, they'll do things, to make the process easier, for you. The reward, is in the persistence and friendly staff, can make all the difference, they see what's not working, help you to push on and not give up.
