Very effective Self service
Really disappointed, 1st no reception inside. 2nd when we asked about the printing costs a sales girl with a hijab told us we can credit pay any amount and only the actual amount would be credited from our account. We believed her, couldn’t check the account balance due to low reception. Later realized we have paid double the amount. Don’t know if it’s lack of knowledge of the sales person or purposeful misleading to avoid extra work.
I am continuously disappointed with Officeworks, and this was my fourth terrible experience across three different stores (Keysborough, Glen, and Chadstone). The printing service staff are consistently disengaged, talking to each other about non-work matters while customers wait and are ignored. Queues build up, customers complain openly, and yet service remains painfully slow.
