Terrible service. Useless untrained staff. Waste of time, better off going to another store.
Half hour to wait for a wireless charger. That never came. 2 ladies looking back at each other, one searching through boxes. No communication, apology or suggestions of other brands, or chargers (any would have sufficed) Just a suggestion ‘it may be quicker for you to go to Dandenong.’ Can only assume bad training or management, not one other person in the store.
