If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Jess the ginger haired has 0 customer service skills and looks like she hates her life. No one says hi to anyone or smiles. If you truly hate your job please quit. The only helpful person was Alex who definitely deserves a raise for his great customer service skills and patience.
Ahmad helped me find the right printer and helped me take it to the car as well. He was polite friendly, very knowledgeable and professional!
