The blonde woman with the ponytail in the printing section was very rude. She said she was busy and couldn’t assist. However, all she was doing was typing a few notes on the computer at the desk. If you’re stationed at the desk and unable to help customers, perhaps it's best not to be there at all. The young men at the front are very helpful, and even the girls in the stationery section are polite and supportive. Unfortunately, that particular lady brings the whole team down.
