Click and collect always turns into 30min wait. Nothing but confusion and ineptitude. Staff have no idea or sense of urgency...slowly trotting up to the rear of the store stopping to discuss breaks and then slowly coming back...absolute mess everything...so much for let us know your on your way....someone needs to address this failure.
