10/10 customer service today. Thank you to the lovely lady at the checkout and the man at the door, just after 12pm today. I came in with someone who doesn't speak, she noticed some Auslan signs and used them too. Both of your staff were so friendly and took the time to talk to us - unfortunately not very common. We love this store.

Service sucks, waited 17 minutes for a click and collect. Staff talking to one another, ignoring customers! Absolutely pathetic!
