Earlier today I purchased a moderate cost laptop PC and I was assisted by a team member named Nathan. It was a very straight-forward and positive experience, in contrast to my earlier visit to a Harvey Norman store. Nathan asked sufficient questions to understand my needs and expectations and then guided me to the device that matched these. He was genuine and honest and did not try to 'up-sell' to me, and he had an excellent manner. This is the sort of sales assistance that will keep me a returning customer.
As useful as a ash tray on a bike. You are on your own when you go into that place.
No service in computer area. Chose 2 different models, took the display box to the counter only to find out they had no stock anywhere! Why even have them on display! Very disappointed
