Very small store, overwhelming, useless staff, somethings unorganised like some books in one place and then other books on the other-side of the store, don’t restock fast enough for customers, so many things weren’t in stock like i needed a water bottle and they genuinely just didn’t have in on the shelfs as an option to buy also low stock on important things. picked up school books for kids. quick and easy.
Made me wait 15 minutes to find my school list order before telling me they couldn’t find it. Said they would call with an update. Haven’t called, have redone my order which doesn’t match the first one. Cant get through to them on the phone every Will be going to Oxley in future
