Went to Ipswich Office Works Yesterday. When i copied something on the printer. Parts across the white page i copied on, tgere was a green colour on my white page and black marks, a customer 2 down from me complained to a staff member, about the same problem & asked for a refund. The young worker said all the self serve printers are the same. Office Work Ipswich this is unacceptable. There should not be any off colour on our printing page. Great place got what i needed at a good price
I just had an outstanding experience at the Officeworks store in Ipswich! I needed 12 large format scans urgently for work, and the staff member Shae went above and beyond to help me. She squeezed me in the same day, and I was able to get everything done in time. After having bad experiences at other locations—Milton, Oxley, and Windsor—this Ipswich store is consistently the most accommodating. Shae’s kindness and efficiency truly made the difference. I can't thank her enough!
