Officeworks' practices harm the customer. I came today with my recharge card that had a few dollars on it to print two items. The printing station told me that the card was expired. I asked if they could transfer the balance to a new card. The manager chuckled and told me no, and that there was no way to recover my balance. Be in mind, the printing stations used to force you to purchase a recharge card for services. Spoke with the most useless staff member. Wouldn’t price beat an identical item from another retailer. Stated product code is different. Called Officeworks and they were more than happy to price beat over the phone.
This store is a bit too small, some products are not available, but nevertheless useful if your office is missing what you need.
Did not cut my print outs straight.
