Fairly poor attitude from the staff, shelves were a mess and they got offended when I asked for assistance due stock all over the place.
Came to take visa photo, and was being told to wait for a staff. And it takes so long almost 30 mins. I was bringing heavy belongings and there’s no chair to sit down while waiting for that long unfortunately. There’s also no apologize at all, Even when I was asking for charger socket bcs my phone’s dead, there’s no solution for that. Never dissapointed before, but this visit is different for me. I hope the customer service can be improved in the future.
This store has caused me stress to no end. 6 of A2 posters were missing from the plastic tube. These were for a very important presentation. No one at hunter Street is answering the phone
Great experience! Thank you Justin, you are the best staff!
Great experience with staff memeber Dermot, the real mvp. I rang in a panic looking for a specific gift and he was able to know what I was after with my terrible explanation AND relay the information onto my partner who went to collect and pay later in the day. Made my life so much easier and was so pleasant to deal with 😊
