Wait times for click and collect are insane. Despite having 30 people waiting to collect items, staff moved with no sense of urgency, barely acknowledging customers
Put a click and collect in for a 2 hour pick up 5 hours ago. They still haven't even processed it, tried calling, they are open but apparently they can't answer their phones.... What a waste of time, worst office works store in the country....
Wheelchair accessable
This is the 2nd time it's happened now where my Flybuys card is being rejected on both occasions ive been wanting to spend $150. Cant be bothered with Officeworks anymore wasting fuel money when so many are under financialpressure.. Better off using Kmart especially for flybuys cause they know how to operate effectively.
