I brought an expensive large laser printer from Officeworks - what they failed to tell me was that the ink is $100+ per colour, all cartridges have to be loaded (not just black) for operation, & that it only works with 3G. Ridiculous, very disappointed & money wasted. Other than that, most times I've visited staff have been courteous & happy to assist.
The staff are very helpful and friendly but I'm lead to believe the people running it are now pushing pronouns onto the staff instead of just being happy with the hard work they put in, they are pushing an agenda on their rights, I'd call that bulling and harassment which is wrong shame on them.
Usually good, but the website stock info is sometimes not updated, like for PC accessories. Gone to the shop to buy 'in stock' items but they were out of stock twice... asked for assistance but offered a different item after 20 mins waiting there. I'd do click and collect next time to avoid wasting my time.
Great store. Has what you are looking for. Just needs more staff on the floor to help customers in busy periods
