I had the best experience at Officeworks today thanks to a fine young man TAJ. He was both knowledgeable and professional and made my purchase that much easier. Taj went above and beyond at the end of the transaction by then assisting me with carrying the items to the car. Well done and thank you to a very pleasant staff member whose happy demeanour enhanced his wonderful service skills.
Cambel has got to be the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with - denying PBG on technicalities. Nowhere on the website does PBG refer to requiring a SKU code to price beat, though was denied after waiting 20 minutes for their verdict.
Very friendly staff who assisted with reprinting and lamination. The manager and staff went above and beyond with offering great printing services and checked every step of the process to ensure printing was accurate.
