Staff is not interested in attending the customer. Just not worth going there and asking for help.
Saturday management team - rude and condescending and unwilling/unable to help with a basic printing task. Stark comparison to the great service I received in office works Pitt Street Mall earlier today. Either the manager is new or needs to go on a basic customer service course, either way he’s not performing which is unfortunate and can’t lead a team.
Worst place ever!!! The staff are sleep walking in that shop.... no service, I went to buy an external hard drive: first there was no one to assist, and there was other lady who was looking for a smart phone cable and been there for a while, I helped her and could not find what she wanted, I informed she would find it in Bunnings, then I waved to one staff who was at the counter, I went, they don't know their products and they were yawing while talking, could not find what I want, even calling other location had a worthless ... read more
We parked here for 4 hours after buying a parking spot, and it was a smooth experience. There was some construction going on nearby, but it didn’t cause any trouble. The price was cheaper than other parking options in the area, which was a great plus. Easy access and convenient overall!
I have found exactly what I wanted at this officeworks many times over that past 5 years or so. The opening times are very good, especially on weekends. It is close to the city. It has good stock levels. It is easy to get to by bus. It also has an office chair section. I don't always pay cash, but when I do, it would be better if all checkouts accepted cash, as there was only one checkout that accepted cash, which slows things down, and makes it hard for the workers to serve customers. It's a good store.
