I have to say that the employees that work at the photo counter are exceptionally helpful. I was having problems sizing an oversized poster, and an employee named Nem was very patient, he sized the print for me, dissembled the picture frame, cleaned the glass and put it all back together for me. He also ran multiple prints with different photo resolutions and didn't charge me extra. Very pleased with their service.

Came in here today with my partner in a rush to print off some cards for their dad. We got there 30 mins before close and then had an issue with the images we wanted to print. We stood off to the side quickly trying to fix it while they were getting closer to close. All employees were so nice and fine with it though, still being attentive and kind, reassuring us that we weren’t inconveniencing them. Three employees helped out and were so patient whose names were Luke, Natasha and Nem. Super great customer service!
Extremely poor service at this Officeworks. The manager named Sam was very mean and rude, and refused to explain why there’s a limit of only five gift cards per purchase — this rule does not exist anywhere on the official Officeworks website, so she was basically making it up.
