Believe it or not, to access the free car park you have to give your CC details when you enter.. a scam waiting to happen. Also causes mass confusion with customers trying to enter. Complete FAIL.
One single place for all office related items...
Only 1 out of the 3 registers has cash payment, which means when I pay cash, I have to wait 3 times as long to be served by the correct register, and I have to keep letting people behind me in the line, go ahead of me. This creates a bottleneck in the queue and is so frustrating and annoying. Let people pay cash on all your registers. Your registers area and the process of checking out, needs to improve. You get one star.
