Products are affordable and quite ok on quality. There is a bit of everything here. Why I gave 3 stars? Because of the products available, and because one of the team members helped me with a smile on, and made sure I had all info I needed. He mentioned that the tablet product I was after can only be purchased online, or purchasing it from the cashier, but it will need to be either picked up or delivered at a later date, once they receive it. Really low customer service. The staff at the counter was suspicious that I would run away with the product. I requested to have a look, and Drew said, oh i can’t hand it to you, unless you pay. Seriously??? Then comes the manager when I requested to price match, and very arrogantly, he refused and said ‘that’ store has a different pricing policy. I explained but it’s same shop, ‘Officeworks’ to which he said, ‘go buy it from that store’ Real shame!
