Friendly helpful staff
I recently purchased a $5k Asus laptop. It was Dead on Arrival. I returned asking for replacement or repair as I had been after that model for ages and felt blessed to get one. While the staff were very pleasant to deal with it seems their policy does not replace or repair laptops. They just refund. This laptop was purchased on sale in the first instance. I was offered a full price alternative of inferior units which I declined. These were not Asus and would have cost me more. Officeworks would not entertain repairing my lap... read more
