I went in to look at Apple Watches. I asked if I could try to the two different sizes to see which one I would get. I got told what is on display is it and they couldn't tell what those sizes were. This is not a cheap decision and so I said how can I tell which one I want and got told they are the only ones they will display. Im not going down the manager route so I promptly walked out the store. This is disappointing as had previously good experiences.
Big shoutout to Noah, the manager and the team for helping me find my lost car keys! Truly appreciated —amazing customer service!
Friendly staff, make sure you have a receipt if you're doing a return though ahahaha
Tried to pay with a gift card today. The checkout operator was not at all keen on me doing this, told me I needed to know the balance of the gift card or I couldn't use it. Offered no help or explanation as to how I may check the balance . With retail business touting 'customer service' as one of their most valued assets, the woman check out Operator at Gilles Plains Officeworks needs to brush up on her skills, or even develop some!
