When I was visibly struggling in the store last night, Ollie helped me to the q-cards in aisle 18 and then after a bit when i went to pay, ollie served me again. Definitely 5 stars for him, really nice kid
Ok, generous trading hours
Staff are helpful. They are great at approaching and asking if you need assistance. If busy, you still see them all working hard and doing their best. Over all very helpful team and clean store. Well stocked. Edit: Came to remove 2 stars after being treated like a shoplifter because I regularly look at good pens for gifts. Bsllpoint and fountain pens are a joy of mine to look at and buy for people. I have money and a good job. So embaressed and upset to be followed and watched like that. Lost a customer.
