Great help
I purchased an oppo RENO 13 F phone ..it turns off while I m using it .... The screen goes off while playing music ...the only way to get it working again is rebooting it .... This happened many times ...I have returned it to Officeworks they say zero refund zero exchange for different make phone ..... So please be aware of what could happen if you purchase a phone that is not 100 % reliable..... Not a happy customer... I guess the F in RENO 13 F STANDS FOR FAULTY.....
Unfortunately, the customer service at the Geelong store is real hit and miss; either fantastic, or appalling. The latter is more common. I was 'served' by Carla today who went out of way to put in the absolute minimum effort in helping me, and appeared to resent it when I insisted she did. Her manner was rude and arrogant. The staff at Waurn Ponds are always friendly and knowledgeable. A stark contrast to many at Malop St.
