I would say if you can choose or pick up item without any customer service help thrn this store is for you. I have rarely seen any sales people helping customers. Only few people at cash register. Other than that - good product range, reasonable price etc. Just another average office works. But their high end electronics price is not cheap compared to other retailers.
DO NOT get passport photos here! They looked wrong (washed out and face too large) but the staff insisted they were good. They got rejected so went to Auspost to have them done properly.
It could be slightly better stocked
Appalling!!!!!! Service atrocious, front counter staff had next to no customer service, personality of a dead fish, I regret spending so much now.... The store in a mess, boxes in aisles and in general very disappointing!!!!!
