Shocking - Thye advertise same day printing. I wanted some basic pages copies. 8 x 45 page documents. If you order on online on a Sunday - they tell you can pick up Wednesday.. They may as well say "we work for amazon - you should go there" They understand speed.. seriously.. now I have to go in a wait in line.. to get it done in a day.. The online service is total rubbish.. if after speed.. and efficiency..

Very poor customer service. Went in looking to buy a laptop and caught the attention of a staff member who said they would send someone else over to help. Waited for about 15 minutes and no one came despite there being plenty of staff around. Would not recommend.
Lukas is an amazing worker, he is fast paced and extremly kind to many of my family members. Lukas was helping my with the sizes of lables for my shipping box.
i am truly not sure why this officeworks is rated 3.2 out of 5 stars. this officeworks was clean and well layed out. the aisles were clearly marked and the technology side had all the latest samsung products. i was assisted by a young bloke named jack and a young bloke named lukas. jack helped me with technological areas whilst lukas helped me with finding essential items such as a large whiteboard and a monthly planner. lukas and jack were lifesavers and i'm rating my visit at officeworks in freo a 5/5. thank you lukas and ... read more
