Good prices
OUTDATED AND DISORGANISED The floor and product collection is good only because it works. The stock ordering behind the counter is untrustworthy. Mutiple times I have visited and, despite having listed 'in stock' on the website but for there to be none left is poor. And to have floor item tickets with no corresponding stock left is just a waist of peoples time. Officeworks is seemingly the Bunnings of office supplies - but they are seriously not putting in the work to modernise their experience.
Received excellent service from Stefanya when l needed to print from a kiosk (not counter) for the first time at OfficeWorks seven differently formatted documents varying between colour & B&W. This was further complicated as the email attachment of the documents l had was in a format that l needed to extract and send individually that Stefanya loaded onto a OfficeWorks USB.
