I had a ‘rushed’ trip to Officeworks to solve a problem for my teenage grandaughter who needed to add 100 loose pages to an existing bound exercise book. She was considering glueing pages individually when I suggested there was an easier way. When I entered the store I was immediately assisted by LEANNE. She immediately understood my plan and found the product I needed, she also allowed me to use the store hole punch. Mission accomplished! Bought a printer that consistently disconnects from devices, such that is is near impossible to print from. Took the printer back to the store shortly afterwards to seek help/return. The gentleman who served was able to reset the printer, connect and print. As such, they could not find fault. Whilst I understand that may be the case, in the end I think most people really just want a printer that works when you need it to work, not after a factory reset and clean/new connection each time.
