Horrible service!!!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars the staff are rude. I go to purchase a new mouse for work and when I get there all the staff are sitting outside chatting loudly and they say “ the powers off were closed” and the lights were on so I was confused and asked “but the lights are on.” Then a girl replied to me “we’re closed go somewhere else.” I found that quite rude but just walked away. While I was walking back to my car my brother and I heard them mocking me and laughing. I will not be returning!!!!
I would like to commend, Viv, from the print and copy department at Office Works Five Dock. She has exceptional customer service skills and her level and attention to detail is excellent. She has a rare talent to multi skill with numerous customer enquiries at the same time. Viv is a tremendous asset to the Five Dock Office Works. Congratulations and job well done.
