One poor staff member on the registers. Lots of other staff members standing around looking important. Long queue of customers. Not a great use of my time.
Awful customer service. Went in for a click and collect, asked the nearest team member for assistance with collecting - was dismissed immediately by Donna who rudely pointed at POS and said go up there. Didn’t even let me finish my sentence. At least the member at pos was helpful and polite. Donna needs some additional training on customer service and people greeting. Hopefully head office reads these and trains staff accordingly.
Found what I needed. Although I will say it was a little awkward hearing two staff members. 1 female appeared and 1 younger male. The female was essentially quite loudly providing the male with coaching and feedback, but it was being done very poorly. The words were not helpful and negative. And to share that out on a floor in the aisles where customers are shopping is not appropriate
Good selection, massive store. The security kinda creeped me out, but he was just doing this job.
