poor customer service the manager doesn’t even know how to use other companies websites for price match, they making excuses for the price match, at first they said no for the price match because the website doesn’t have abn i show them abn on the website then they took half an hour and came back with another excuse that the company doesn’t look legitimate however the other store did price match for the same company. complete waste of time .i regret my visit
This morning I went there for printing my documents, I left store without removed my USB memory stick which has many very important documents in it . When I finally released it and went back to store again almost 1 hour later, those two young girls who helped me before have kept my lost USB memory stick for me, thank very much to girls, I appreciate it so much.
Sat in the phone for 20 minutes just to get an email address and was told you need to be in the store to get it -what RUBBISH!!
Rude, disinterested staff. I thought they were bad enough in the Commercial Road Prahran store but these people take the prize.more staff than customers and they still ignore you.
