5 stars! Today we went in to look for a laptop, extra screen, keyboard and mouse. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Steven, who quickly pointed us in the right direction and was extremely helpful. We were in and out sorted with exactly what we needed so fast! Steven is a great asset to your store. He has a friendly helpful manner and made everything super easy 😀 also, everything in stock! Honestly i used to go to JB HI FI and nothing is EVER IN STOCK! never had an issue with office works. Which is amazing!!
I recently had been scammed and unfortunately one of my contacts fell prey to the email snd purchased a $500 gift voucher from Officeworks Ferntree gully believing it was at my request The manager Leigh and his staff have been so helpful in believing in what I told them and my friend was refunded the money in a matter of days. I can’t thank him and his staff enough for helping me out of what could have been a disastrous situation. I will continue to be a regular customer at this store.
Always a breeze
Today I was buying a headphone and also looking for a new printer and had an amazing customer service experience. Steven helped me to choose a headphone by showing me a number of them and patiently explaining the pros and cons. He was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I was exploring which printer would best suit our needs. Thank you Steven.
