My printer went down. So I checked with office works on how to print a document I needed to sign and return urgently it looked a bit overwhelming at first so I approached an assistant and she walked me through each step 1 2 3 4 etc and for less than a dollar I had the documents from my phone to 3 A4's in my hand. Great outcome. Now Im all set for next time.

Here is an outline of the series of events: Saturday, 19th of April - buy $34.94 worth of goods, get receipt. Tuesday, 22nd of April - successfully return $34.94 worth of goods, get a receipt. Wednesday, 23rd of April - debited $34.94 and was refused a refund.
