Slow machines and unhelpful staff
Worse than CentreLink with lines and staff that seem incapable of the most basic tasks. The print area staff were particularly incompetent
Visited on 19/7 I’m leaving this review because I had two completely different customer service experiences during the same visit. I waited in the print queue for around 30 minutes. When it was finally my turn, a staff member named Will came over and asked what I needed. I explained that I wanted to print some posters and have them laminated.
