If I could rate a 0 I would. I purchased a magic mouse an within 48hours of purchase took it back as it wasnt connecting with my Mac. Brought it back assuming it was faulty they managed to get it working on there computer and was advised i have 30 days to return if i needed to or just go deal with apple directly. Ended up keeping it hoping that maybe it would connect than to realise after a few days of trying it was just not connecting and decided i proceed with a refund. My printing experience at Officeworks Eastern Creek has by far been the most pleasant across other stores. The staff are always welcoming, efficient and detailed when meeting my multiple printing requests. Special shout out to Roma for her excellent customer service! I’ll always choose this officeworks for my printing needs 👌🏻
