I would like to provide feedback on a printing experience at your Underwood store on 21 August 2025. After emailing my documents as instructed, the request failed, and I was told my only options were to resend or upload online. Despite having my laptop with the files ready, I was advised a store USB was not available, though two staffs later indicated one normally is. On Thursday night at approximately 8.20 pm I needed to go into Officeworks in Shepparton Road, East Victoria Park to have some important forms printed, and I didn’t know how to do it from my phone. Thank goodness Layth was there and he showed me and said he would help me which he did. He was very patient and extremely polite, and I thoroughly would recommend his services to anyone. Officeworks should be proud of him.
