One week ago, I recently purchased a Bon.Elk Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Being on the other side of 50, I returned the keyboard and mouse to the store as there was no dongle. The staff at Canning Vale were incredibly patient and understanding explaining that I do not require one and double checked that everything works, which it did. Thank you for your professionalism and patience.

I would like to provide feedback on a printing experience at your Underwood store on 21 August 2025. After emailing my documents as instructed, the request failed, and I was told my only options were to resend or upload online. Despite having my laptop with the files ready, I was advised a store USB was not available, though two staffs later indicated one normally is. This led me to purchase a USB unnecessarily, creating extra cost and delay. A simple solution would be to keep a store USB at the counter. As an item you alre... read more

On Thursday night at approximately 8.20 pm I needed to go into Officeworks in Shepparton Road, East Victoria Park to have some important forms printed, and I didn’t know how to do it from my phone. Thank goodness Layth was there and he showed me and said he would help me which he did. He was very patient and extremely polite, and I thoroughly would recommend his services to anyone. Officeworks should be proud of him.
