Its ok, but i do find the team not as knowledgeable about the tech. Printing is generally good.
I waited 45 minutes to collect a simple order, and then found out my order hadn’t even been printed. No communication, no apology until the end, and a complete waste of my time. Very frustrating experience and not what I expect from a collection service.
Came into the store just to purchase a memory card - on paying, the young girl behind the desk RANUGI was extremely rude and unhelpful - perhaps more customer service training is needed.
