Perfect place for buying stationery and computer equipment and school essentials
Luke from Cranbourne North gives a pathetic service. He does not listen to feedback and says we have to call the call centre to provide feedback. At 9 am there were 4 to 5 people waiting in the printer and photo section and hardly 1 customer outside. This office works have deployed a single rep and asked others to wait 30 minutes to get a service whilst others were enjoying coffee and chit chatting. Pathetic service from Luke and team
Shaheer provided great service and assistance with a product that wasn't working properly, providing free replacement under warranty with a smooth process.
Terrible experience at the printing station desk. The staff member, Mez, was rude, unprofessional, and cut me off repeatedly while I was explaining my needs. Her behavior was unacceptable. When I requested a refund for the remaining amount on my card, she refused, saying it wasn't possible. Very disappointing and poor customer service. Would not recommend.
