Tremendous experience this evening with a young service girl by the name of Olivia who gave exceptional service at the print counter while having business stuff printed nothing was to much trouble as she juggled between 3 customers never becoming flustered and all while having a happy cheerful disposition (so refreshing for younger people) By the time I transitioned to the front counter she had moved and was solving a problem with another customer appeasing him while solving his problem all with that cheery disposition So co... read more

Officeworks policies should be clearer online. If there are exemptions to price matching then state those clearly. Also train your staff better in regards to this - we spent 15 minutes standing in front of a customer service guy who didn't know that they don't price match certain things because of policy. Kudos to the young man who tried to help us - Officeworks policy makers need to have clear guidelines for their staff as opposed to having to play "fetch the manager" who simply dismisses you.
