Very helpful staff. I bought an Acer monitor, used it for 13 months until it was suddenly full of white spots on its screen one night. Brought to the store to request a fix. Jake, Josh and Tom helped through the whole process. Though it took 1 month to have Acer figure out they couldn't fix the monitor and issue me a refund, I was kept updated, and this made me feel it was all under control. Today, with the refund, I also purchased a new monitor with Owen's friendly introduction of different choices.
Five stars for the helpfulness and service from the staff, especially Lucas. Was greeted with a smile (rare these days) and a genuine 'good morning'. What a lovely fella 🌟
