Awful customer service, avoid coming here in the afternoon that's when it is the busiest. I recommend going somewhere else. The staff are unable to handle the peak hour. I waited patiently to get to the print services desk for 15-20 mins and I got faced with attitude when I asked to print the 1st page first to check if the printer can handle the shadowing from an RGB file otherwise I can use a different file with no shadowing.
