Slow service especially for printing
I visited on Sunday to print some documents. After making the payment, the printer stopped midway without any error message or explanation. It was very frustrating as there was no indication of what went wrong. I then went to the counter for assistance and requested binding service. Although it was not yet closing time, the staff refused to provide binding, and there was no visible notice indicating any cut-off time or service restriction.
