Best to re-train your obnoxious staff ( Ris) is his name - when we told Ris about price matching - he outright tell us Officeworks doesn’t price match with DickSmith - when asked him what was the reason just mention the code use in officeworks and dicksmith is different - he didn’t even bothered to look at the item vs the item online anyway we decided to forgo - fast forward turned out NothRyde Officework was able to price match and a further 5% and the young girl who did it was definitely well trained or knowledgeable
One of team members name Liam, he was so kind n friendly willing to do help more than ever! With a kid n pram its stressful already yep so kindly help for looking products n so on highly recommended as value service team
Minus infinity rating. Waited 20 minutes for click collect (told them hours ahead I'm collecting). Lots of staff wandering around looking at the sky....then eventually someone comes out after several requests by me..wrong item (after my bar code had been scanned). Then another 10 minutes. Pathetic.
