I usually dont go out of my way to write bad reviews, but today i experienced one of the worst customer service ever at officeworks chadstone, The girl on customer service i wouldnt mention names , was on the phone and told me to go do it myself on self serve, i told her it wouldnt work she didnt even bother look at me she said she’ll be on the phone for 10 minutes, went back 2 minutes later she wasnt on the phone she was on her personal phone sending instagram texts, she didnt even look at my face when i was talking to her,... read more
Bought a set of wrong headphones and told me that cannot exchange or refund due to it’s opened. Whilst, Officeworks at Boxhill allowed me to exchange. God this shop of the franchise is a joke
