Experienced Racism from a young white bloke. Absolutely disgusting. Refused to serve myself and another African lady. Would not recommend shopping here. Appalling service in this day and age
We arrived at the Officeworks Belrose store to print a university project due the following morning. Ten A1 sheets. The store had no customers at this time, and closed at 9pm. Usually arriving at 8pm was plenty of time to get a print job done. HOWEVER, we were advised that a new policy is now in place and the print service SHUTS at 8pm. Furthermore, there is a 24 hour turnaround on print jobs that need to be BOOKED in. God help all the high school and university students!
Customer service doesn't exist at this store... Very unhelpful. The staff are a bunch of zombies & robots. The manager is the biggest zombie of them all, I think he's had a total lobotomy... also can't speak English, you can't understand what he's saying. Take your business elswhere... don't give these clowns your money. There's plenty of other reputable businesses out there who provide customer service and can speak English.
yet again, huge waits and hours wasted trying to get printing done. why oh why don't they get more staff working in this area?? unless you come first thing in the morning, expect a wait of at least one and half hours
Been on wait line for almost an hour. when they finally picked up purposely stayed silent ignoring me when I can hear everything in the background and then hangup on me. disgusting, thankgod its officeworks and not an emergency service.

Not happy with the way staff treated my partner and I we both have a disability and getting treat rude by one of the male staff members. As we were having a look around and got treated like criminals for having a look around the shop. Was going to buy headphones for a birthday present for my son there. And no longer wanting to go near this store again
Aggressive and passive aggressive staff , there A serious culture problem in this store, the Area manager needs to be removed for allowing this to go on for so long. Tv purchased, after a while the remote would not respond at all, and often was gluggy and slow. We noticed two faint lines across the TV only noticeable under certain light. One week ago, I recently purchased a Bon.Elk Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Being on the other side of 50, I returned the keyboard and mouse to the store as there was no dongle. The staff at Canning Vale were incredibly patient and understanding explaining that I do not require one and double checked that everything works, which it did. Thank you for your professionalism and patience.
