I had a very frustrating experience at the Casula store’s printing section recently. I came in with my own A5 paper—slightly different from standard size but still perfectly usable—and simply needed to print a few pages. Unfortunately, the staff on duty refused to help, citing the small difference in size (less than 1 cm) as the reason.
