Convenient parking and good service. Number of staff members can be increased to assist customers better.
This store is let down by severe understaffing, especially at the registers. During my visit, there were very long queues with only a couple of registers open despite the store being very busy. The wait time was unreasonable and frustrating. Additionally, the store looked messy and disorganised, with items out of place and aisles cluttered. For a retailer that should pride itself on efficiency, the overall shopping experience was poor. I usually don't write reviews, but I can't let pass the negative experience I had last Saturday 31st. Firstly, a member of the staff gave me a wrong price of a product (she confirmed the price was 350, but the real price was 475) . When I was paying I asked the cashier to double checked the price as I was given a different one. He checked and I payed 475, but suggested the cashier that be careful when given the prices to the clients to which he replied in an unfriendly way "It wasn't me who gave you the wrong price". It’s like an episode of that old candid camera show where they’re being impossibly rude and trying to find ways to be unhelpful, just to see how you’ll react. The policies are non sensical and they seem programmed to farm out every element of labour back to the customer. This is what happens when competition doesn’t t exist. Actually shocking.
