Maddy, who assisted me at Officeworks Victoria Road, Southside, was friendly, professional and incredibly attentive to detail. Her genuine willingness to help me find the right item really stood out. She is a credit to the store and demonstrates qualities that will serve her well throughout her career. I hope management recognises her efforts, as employees like her are a real asset to any business. Regards, Sonja
Poor service in the printing section. Second time to come here, thinking the first time was just a bad day but nope. It appears that nobody is happy to help you, and the lady at the printing section was unkind. This is actually my second encounter with her and the first time wasnt any better. Oh and you also have to walk OUTSIDE of the shopping centre to get reception. They have wifi and it does NOT work. Hopeless.
