Very bad experience with a sales girl looks 17 year old with black frame eye glass, in this store. Could be an Indian / Bangladeshi or Srilanka background. Did not share her name. She shut down the printing machine very rudely when we were permitted by a senior staff to complete our job. Needs to learn customer service skills properly and behave respectfully . I am a store manager of a jewellery store and I can not believe anyone in my staff line are behaving like that.
I went in store today to deal with a purchase, a click and collect, as well as a refund. The process for all three was seamless. Thank you to jasmine who helped me (that’s the name on the receipt). As well as mark who assisted with the refund. Due to all the bad reviews on Google, I was apprehensive about going in store to this officeworks branch, but I really couldn’t fault them today.
Worst customer service experience. I entered the store about 30 minutes before closing. There were around five staff members at the counter, yet only two appeared to be serving customers while the others were standing around talking. I was there simply to print a sticker. I approached two different staff members for assistance. One directed me to the self-service counter and told me to select the paper there.
