Lazy and apathetic teenagers working on the print counter. Don’t bother with click and collect… Print and Create customers who didn’t even pre-order get prioritised over C&C customers despite being marketed as an express collection service - waited 10 mins for one sheet of paper which I’d pre-ordered, took them 2 secs to grab it once I demanded their attention. Very junior staff training each other at peak hour and ignoring customers. So frustrating.
Same experience with other reviews about printing staff. Huge store but no stock for simple stationery. No staff on floor can check stock status
