Worst service ever, your team members are lazy, lost and lack of patience. This is not their fault, this is management team not functioning. Shame, it feels like you are running this branch with a bunch of high school kids as your employees
Poor customer service a good portion of the time, it is unusual that they walk you to the aisle and help you find the item you are after. I wanted to buy a computer chair but couldn't find anyone to help me get the one i had decided on so i walked out empty handed and purchased one online from a different company because i was irritated. Photo lab is incredibly frustrating, the queue is always long due to under staffing, sometimes the wait is 20 minutes waiting behind 3 people.
