Officeworks Carnegie really outdid themselves in the “we’d rather not help you” department instead of Printing department. If you’re looking for a masterclass in how not to provide customer service, Officeworks Carnegie is the place. I rang them in the morning to check if they do baby passport photos. They confidently said yes, so off we went with baby, his bags, our hopes, and the whole circus. Upon arriving, the enthusiasm vanished faster than my patience.
