If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited over 35 minutes at the print counter with six other customers behind me, while the only staff member at the counter helped the person in front. The staff member never looked up, acknowledged the line, or said a word — she just kept a full-on head-down mode, like eye contact was banned. When another worker finally sauntered over, being next in line, I handed him two pages to laminate. Very poor customer service. Looks under staffed. We got there to print photo id size photos but instead was just given 1 big size photo. The staff member helped us to select the photo option which was completely incorrect. Took 6AUD for just one poor quality photo. Totally sucks. Anytime we needed staff to help us there is a waiting time of approx 30 mins.
Thank you to Iman for his outstanding service in helping to purchase a secondary phone. His patience, and his knowledge of techy things are second to none!
