Staff is very rude at printing section
I have a great experience every single time I come to Officeworks Carlton. The store is always very neat, tidy and well organised. The staff are so great! Super friendly and helpful too - especially Tracey! She’s a treat! Shout out to Carol who is also so friendly and kind. Thanks team!
I waited in line for 20mins to pick up a photo book already paid for, then the cashier comes from behind the counter and asks me what I'm here for,I told her,and then she asks the 6people behind me what are they having done very frustrating by then there's 25 minutes just to pick up a photo book
I waited more than 15 mins in the checkout queue to get help with stock. The guy on front counter was very helpful. But when I went back to the aisle, the other staff member pushing the ladder out of the aisle had a bad attitude. All I did was ask if I could get help with stock and he rudely told me he is busy with another customer and left. It was his attitude and demeanour that made me feel like I was in the wrong.
