Called the Capalaba store today 3 options available but none allowed me to speak to a staff member was duly informed that you must visit the store for customer eupport how are they still in business one wonders
Store location and parking are a nightmare. I would suggest online delivery only because you won’t physically be able to get out of your car given the size of the car parks.
Absolutely horrible customer server... i bough expensive earbuds and they need a month at least to decide of they're going to warranty them .... they're only 4 months old and I have the receipt. They wont budge and I just have to deal with it so be aware of this horrible store and horrible company's policy... theyvhave no regard for your money and the area manager literally said to me well we have your money now so....
