Second time I've encountered terrible service here. The first time, I requested for assistance with something and while the staff member was in the middle of assisting me a diffrent customer approached them, the staff member decided to completely drop me request and make me wait while spending significant time with the other customer instead of politely letting them know they are already assisting someone.
