Everytime I visit I get great customer service. The staff are always happy to help. I like the click and collect option as well. My only feedback is I wish they would stock the art markers up more frequently like the cooic brand. That always is empty looking ... other than that I love officeworks !

Had an amazing experience, asked for info in regards to printer and label printer and he was very knowledgeable and also very kind to help and taking her time to explain everything
Arriving to the store, which should've been a in and out situation, heading to the isle where the product was listed in STOCK on the website, to be confronted to something different. Then moving to a different isle where I found similar product of what I wanted in a different row. Struggling to find my item, even though the website says in stock, I look for floorstaff for assistance which none were to be found for an easy 15 minutes. Not fun.
