Worst staff Extremely poor customer service — staff are unapproachable, unwilling to assist, and seem completely disinterested in helping anyone.

Sean was an amazing help this afternoon. Sean helped us to get a specific chair from the very top shelf, quickly and efficiently. That’s top tear from Sean. Unfortunately we then had to bother the staff again to get an item from out the back. Sean grabbed it for us, served us at the counter and made sure that we didn’t feel like an inconvenience.
Broke After 5 Months – Poor Quality for the Price My son bought the Sony WH-1000XM5B headphones from Officeworks in February 2025 for $498. Despite careful use and no drops or accidents, the headband snapped near the hinge in July—just five months later. This is unacceptable for a product at this price. The build quality is clearly poor, and I’ve since found that others have experienced the same issue. I expected much better from Sony and Officeworks. Very disappointed and would not recommend
